PLEASE KEEP IN
MIND THAT MANY OF THESE PARTS REQUIRE THE EXPERTISE OF AN A+ CERTIFIED
TECHNICIAN FOR INSTALLATION, ESPECIALLY MOTHERBOARDS AND LCD SCREENS. IF
YOU ARE UNSURE HOW TO INSTALL THE PART(S) YOU HAVE PURCHASED PLEASE LET
YOUR LOCAL COMPUTER REPAIR SHOP DO IT FOR YOU. WE WILL NOT REPLACE PARTS
THAT ARE DAMAGED BY USER ABUSE. WE HAVE THE PROPER TECHNOLOGY IN OUR
FACILITY TO MEASURE, TEST, DIAGNOSE AND DETECT SUCH ISSUES. OUR
TECHNICIANS HAVE OVER 15 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE TECHNOLOGY REMARKETING
BUSINESS.
*WE RECORD ALL SERIAL NUMBERS. All serial number bar
codes as well as serial numbers located on chips, internal components,
etc... are recorded to PREVENT FRAUDULENT RMA CLAIMS. DO NOT TRY TO SWAP
DEFECTIVE PARTS AND RETURN THEM. We WILL issue a report to your credit
card's institution in order to prevent a fraudulent
chargeback.* If your shipping address differs from your
billing address, you are authorizing us to ship to the address
specified. Your IP address is recorded as evidence of the acceptance
of our terms and conditions.
All items include a 90 day
replacement warranty unless specified otherwise in the item's
description.
Authorized Returns:
All RMA's must be received
within a 7-8 business day period. We reserve the right to void
any RMA claims not returned in a timely manner. We do not
cross-ship replacements. Dead on Arrival (DOA), Items
Incorrectly Ordered (IIO), Items Incorrectly Shipped (IIS) and items that
you wish to return for any other reason must be reported within 15 days
from receiving the item to get a refund. We reserve the right to test the
product and confirm the defectiveness before issuing a refund or an
exchange. All items must be 100% complete, original packaging,
including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components,
original labels and UPC codes on manufacture boxes to be accepted for
RMA.
Unauthorized Returns:
Shipments that are refused
WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, or that are returned to us because the address was
invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 35% plus applicable shipping
and handling fees. Any items that have the warranty label/mark removed
that verifies the item to be our product will be refused both refund and
exchange.
Any items “over clocked” or installed improperly are
considered physically damaged and will be refused both refund and
exchange. Repeat: We have the capabilities in place to know whether our
parts were physically damaged or installed improperly.
Any items
defaced, physically damaged, non-functional due to user error or virus
will be refused both refund and exchange.
Shipping / Shipping
Charges:
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on return
items. All related fees (shipping and return shipping fees) are
non-refundable for ALL items. If we send you an incorrect item or the
item is defective and you wish to get a replacement we will ship the item
back to you via UPS Ground at our expense. Due to high sales volume,
PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF YOUR
ORDER, this includes any next day air and/or priority shipments. However,
most orders ship the same day or following business day. You will be
notified by email regarding any order status
changes.
Refunds:
A 15-day money back guarantee is
offered on all purchases. Allow up to 15 business days for all refunds to
be processed. Please note that your financial institution may take up to
30 days from the date we issue your credit to post it in your account. All
returns/refunds will be assesed a re-stocking fee of 25%. An additional
10% technician testing fee may apply for products returned that have no
signs of defect.
Warranty:
All new products are covered
by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. If an item proves to be
defective within 90 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with
the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the
manufacturer's warranty. All our products are covered by a 90-day
replacement warranty unless stated otherwise on the product
page. Refurbished, recertified, used, and rebuilt Items are covered by
a 90 day replacement warranty. Defective products can only be exchanged
for the same identical part number/ item. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY
INCOMPATIBILITY ISSUES, please refer to the item's description for
compatibility information.
